Andy M. Custer, founder of the Law Offices of Andy M. Custer, has devoted his entire legal career to representing individuals injured in accidents of all types. To date Mr. Custer has litigated more than 3,000 cases involving injury or illness caused through the negligence of others. During his career, Mr. Custer has obtained by verdict or settlement over thirty (30) cases of one million dollars or more. Mr. Custer’s approach combines aggressive and compassionate representation. Andy M. Custer speaks Spanish fluently and has made a concerted effort over the course of his career to represent members of the local Hispanic and Guatemalan-Mayan communities.
